This California Kolsch continues the legacy of Captain Frank Ruhstaller, himself a Swiss-German, who immigrated to Sacramento and became California’s Premier Pioneer Brewer.

This Collaboration uses half-German and half-California grown Hops and Barley to create a light refreshing, yet flavorful beer, perfect to fill a stein for a hot summer day on the porch while listening to the classically influenced tunes of Exquisite Corps.
